Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, and standard shipping is free on every order. You'll find the details in our shipping policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and we email your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times for each country are listed in our shipping policy.
What if something isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Bras can be exchanged for another size: just email us with your order number and the size you need. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
