Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. Orders placed before 9:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States & Canada: 3–7 business days United Kingdom: 4–8 business days Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days Europe: 4–12 business days Rest of World: 6–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local carrier conditions. Most orders arrive on the earlier end of these windows.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipping outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@islamaren.com and we'll look into it right away. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
