Does it actually have tummy control?

Yes. There's a built-in control panel that smooths and supports without squeezing or feeling restrictive. It's firm enough to make a difference but comfortable enough for all-day wear.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or machine drying to keep the fabric and tummy control panel in shape.

Is this good for swimming or just lounging?

Both. The fabric is designed for the water and the built-in support stays put whether you're swimming laps or sitting by the pool with your kids.

Is this suitable for pregnancy?
